Job Description

In this position you will....

Evaluate and create operational processes across Digital insurance, work on mitigating risks, identify automation opportunities and optimize processes. Support Group and Regional strategic projects such as digital transformation, business centralization and Target Operating Model design. You will also be required to create management presentations/reports and support technology evaluation/deployment projects.

You will be responsible for… Support Operations Strategy, operations transformation, Group initiatives and core system transformation Lead process remediation/improvement projects and Group initiatives within bolttech Group and GI Hong Kong/Thailand, working closely with department heads, IT/Digital functions and vendors to deliver project deliverables (e.g. BRD, process map) Project management, providing regular updates to Management on progress and risks/mitigation. Design procedures/policies and process flows across Digital Insurance products and channels  Review current operational and data flows between different teams and systems; evaluate potential technology solutions to optimize resources, increase automation through straight through process (STP) Support blueprinting workshops covering AS-IS analysis and TO-BE processes / target operating model design Work with our Distribution business & other partners to optimize distribution and internal processes leveraging automation tools Support RFP issuance and vendor evaluation based on project scope and business objectives Work with Legal and Compliance to ensure that our processes are compliant with country standards Build management presentation based on business objectives

Literacy – Digi, Tech & Data

Proficient and competent in navigating and using digital, data and technology tools and software applications relevant to role including performing basic trouble shooting strategies  Understands and can explain the core technology and digital platforms, applications and tools used, and offered, by bolttech (e.g. AI, API, RPA,). Able to explain how these provide competitive advantage Uses appropriate data, technology and digital solutions to communicate, solve problems, and access, manage, integrate, evaluate, and create information You will require the following qualifications and skills 5 to 7 years of relevant experience Proven experience in process improvement, transforming operations and services, leading to measurable improvement in the end-to-end customer experience/SLA’s/TAT’s, preferably along with a reduction in related expenses. Operational and technology experience and know-how within a broader Insurance / Financial service/ related industries Experience in project management, gathering business requirements and gap analysis Strong stakeholder management skills Proficiency in Microsoft especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (or other process mapping tools) Understanding of Agile principles and ways of working Good command of written and spoken English; an additional Asian language will be preferred
