In this role you will perform flight reservations, flight planning, operations, customer services, track & trace, cargo claims, monitor transhipment. You will work closely with our international partners, Japan, Korea, India, Philippines & Taiwan and will coordinate with AUS capacity control and FPO team to ensure transhipment via AUS to meet customers expectation. This role will see you work closely with the sales team to improve load factor and ensure smooth handling of business whilst ensuring revenue target is achieved and better optimise utilisation.

Your responsibilities and experience will include:

Perform flight reservations, flight planning, operations, customer services, track & trace, cargo claims, monitor transhipment Provide consistence delivery of excellence in customer service and contribute to Qantas Freight vision to be known for excellence in air freight services Ensure customer complaint are handled in a timely fashion adhering to company standard and quality Monitor performances of GHAs and ensure compliance of QF standard Ensure sufficient ULDs in stations Minimise unused capacity and limited offloads Close co-operation with sales team to ensure smooth handling of business Contribute ideas and actions to reducing costs across the Freight business Ensure all performance / statistics reports are accurate and submitted on time To perform ICargo and Scorpio functions, ensure rate audit and billing are accurate and on time Ensure spot rates are properly recorded and updated in Scorpio Minimise CCA raised Demonstrate commitment to safety, health and environmental management, including active participation in meetings and other applicable activities Tertiary qualified Knowledge of Air Freight Industry – Highly advantageous You must be able to work in a small team environment with minimal supervision You have excellent interpersonal skills You have excellent customer service skills Willing to work long hours when required Highly computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese
