Responsibilities:

Carry out engineering design/calculation and documentation of building envelope (façade and roof) system design, including BD submissions in HK, DSSOPT submissions in Macau and expert panel review submissions in MainlandSupervise testing and construction (fabrication and installation) of building envelope systemsCoordinate with internal and external parties on all building envelope related issuesProvide professional and timely advices on all aspects of building envelope, including and not limited to design, performance, material, quality, maintenance, progress and costing issuesDevelop digital tools to enhance quality and efficiency of building envelope designReview submittals according to project specific contract requirements

Qualifications & Experience required:

Degree in Structural/Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Studies with practical experience in building envelope fieldAt least 3 years of practical experience for the position of Engineer or DesignerExperience in design and construction of building envelope systems. Knowledge of local practices in Hong Kong and China will be an advantageProficient with engineering software packages (for Engineer), AutoCAD and 3D modelling software (for Designer)Knowledge on programming software or attaining of CCBC / CCBM qualifications will be an advantageFluency in written and spoken English. Good command in written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) is preferable

Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Engineer or Assistant Designer.
