Key Responsibilities:

Support driving implementation plans across multiple projects including but not limited to Youth Start-up Internship Programme (YSIP) 2022-2023 funded by the Homa and Youth Affairs Bureau (HYAB) which aims to nurture youth talents in pursuit of digital tech careers or entrepreneurshipEngage employers and interns throughout the programmes for their participation in various programme activitiesAssist in Smart Living Cluster & Youth Development Programmes, including planning, executing and monitoring programmes and events which aim to nurture youth talents in pursuit of digital tech careers or entrepreneurshipAssist to develop strategic partnerships with local and overseas academic institutions, especially in higher education, and other industry platers to groom youth talents for the Cyberport communityAssist to build a critical talent pool to facilitate matching between tech-enabled youths and employers in need of tech talentsEnhance bonding among Cyberport student & youth alumni and their engagement with the Cyberport communityAssist in project development, production and maintenance of promotional materials


Project Implementation & Budget Monitoring

Assist in developing and implementing the programme and campaignPrepare and maintain summary of programme applicationsIndependently schedule, arrange and handle meeting logisticsReview recipients project spending and prepare for paymentAssist in coordinating of surveys, review meetings and programme activitiesManage overall budget and handle the keep records of expenses for the programmes

Other Administration Support

Update the programmes statistical figures periodicallyOrganise and maintain a proper filing system for the programmesCollect necessary data from the recipients, update and maintain the databaseComposes administrative correspondence and drafts (external and internal) such as memos, letters, reports, presentations, agendas, meeting materials and minutesAnalyse and evaluate the effectiveness of programmes and events, and make recommendations for new programmes or improvements to existing onesDevise marketing plans or campaigns to cultivate success stories of those youth talents being nurturedSupport other initiatives of the Public Mission Team and perform any other duties assigned by the line manager as appropriate

Requirements:

Degree holder or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business System, Business Management or related discipline3 years or above work experience in relevant fields or organisationsExperience in negotiating and partnering with NGOs, Youth Associations, Government, digital tech associations, academic institutions, and business enterprisesWorking experience in governmental organisations/ tech companies or experience in handling funding related projects is preferredStrong project management skillsA relationship-builder and strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently to meet deadlines and targets, as well as proven capabilities to work effectively in a teamProficient in PC skill, including MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing etc.Knowledge and experience in digital marketing, and us of graphics software is an advantageProficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese; good Mandarin is an advantageCandidate with less experience will be considered as Project Executive

The position is on a 1-year temporary contract.
