As an Administrative Marketing Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Marketing and Training teams. Your organizational prowess and excellent communication skills will be vital in ensuring smooth operations and effective collaboration.

SOME OF YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
External and Internal Event support
Arrange venue, F&B and premiums
Event registrations and meeting room arrangements
Online marketing
Intranet
Premiums inventory and courier service arrangement
Packing and delivery logistics of premiums to regional offices and events (including proformas, follow up with customs, etc)
Inventory update
Warehouse and storage room management
Settle and manage all courier payments
Internal marketing & training support
Send out monthly Birthday and New staff welcome eCard
Manage training reports
Festival office decoration
Overall payment logistics
Work with finance team for creating new customer account
Raise Budget Requests, Purchase Requisitions and Receive Purchase Requisitions
Work with vendor for payment settlement
Daily support
Check marketing email
Arrange meeting room for team’s meeting
Expenses Claim for team
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Experience in administrative roles, spanning 3-5 years , showcasing your ability to handle diverse tasks efficiently.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are essential for effective interaction with team members and external stakeholders.
Strong Communication: Adept at interpersonal communication and teamwork, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is important for carrying out various administrative tasks seamlessly.
A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative setting, contributing positively to team dynamics and collective goals.
