The Kellogg-HKUST EMBA Office runs the joint renowned Executive MBA program between the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, and the Business School of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. The program has been ranked No.1 in the world ten times in the Financial Times global ranking of Executive MBA programs. The Office is looking for a high caliber candidate to fill the above position.
The appointee will be responsible for the efficient and professional administration of the world-class Kellogg-HKUST EMBA Office. Major duties rest in program operations, including and are not limited to providing logistical class support; arranging for catering and accommodation, updating and maintaining databases; managing financial-related matters; and any other duties as assigned. The appointee will also be involved in event organization, which includes coordination with vendors, execution and on-site management of activities such as orientation, alumni events and seminars.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree with at least 2-3 years of post-qualification work experience, preferably with hands-on experience in dealing with senior executives and within a multinational environment. Ideal candidates should have native or near-native proficiency in English with knowledge in Chinese and should be outgoing with excellent communication and presentation skills, self-motivated, and able to work independently. The appointee should be organized, and are proficient with IT and project management skills. Working on weekends and outside normal office hours, and overseas travel are required. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided where applicable. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
