Job Summary

As a key member of Zurich’s Partnership team to assist Business Development Manager in developing win-win solutions and relationship for Zurich’s partners and promoting business growth in Zurich’s partnership channel The role needs to be passionate about delivering the compelling marketing initiatives and to be sales-driven and data-driven to track the performance and provide insights from the reports

Job Accountabilities

Prioritize and planning: Assist Business Development Manager to develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction, plan and implement integrated marketing initiatives to drive sales, including campaign planning & execution, content creation and online website materials for affinity partnership Partnership: Formulate and execute strategic partnership plans to identify, develop and enhance strategic relationship with existing / new partners to drive business growth and explore new business opportunity Define needs and solutions: Work closely with internal stakeholders including product, channel, marketing, compliance, legal and IT teams to proactively promote various GI products internally & externally, deploy regular marketing campaigns, launch new GI products, and build innovative and customer centric business solutions to optimize sales process Campaign Management: Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify and define audience in creating targeted marketing campaigns Performance monitoring: Develop performance metrics, closely monitor, weekly / monthly report with recommendations for actions and improvements of business performance for partners per defined business case, objectives and KPI Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Business / Finance or related disciplines Over 5 years’ solid all-rounded experience in marketing / business development, preferably in financial and insurance industries At least 3 years of marketing and content creation experience Proven tracked record of identifying and delivering innovation and impactful partnerships - digital partnerships would be a definite advantage Sales-driven with creative and strong marketing sense as well as business acumen Expertise to build strong relationships, responsive to customer needs and new business opportunities proactively Independent, proactive, multi-tasking, fast-paces with strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Outgoing, strong sense of responsibility, well-organized and a good team player Passion with good business sense and knowledge of digital and e-commerce as well as knowledge and interest of insurance. Eager to achieve and comfortable in ambiguous environment for quick and significant result Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in MS Office Application including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
