The Department of Marketing at the CUHK Business School is looking for vibrant scholars to join the group as Professor/ Associate Professor/ Assistant Professor in quantitative marketing.
Job Requirements
Applicants should have (i) a PhD in Marketing, Statistics, Economics or other related field; (ii) a strong and active research profile in marketing field commensurate with the target rank; (iii) expertise in empirical modeling, including structural models or machine learning techniques; and (iv) commitment to teaching excellence, at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Teaching will be conducted in English and proficiency in Chinese is not necessary.
Appointment(s) will normally be made on contract basis for up to three years initially, which, subject to mutual agreement, may lead to longer-term appointment or substantiation. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications will be offered. The comprehensive benefit package provided by the University includes leave, medical care, retirement scheme contributions, plus a contract-end gratuity and housing benefits.

The Department of Marketing has a strong focus on research. Members published in Marketing Science, Journal of Marketing Research, Management Science, and Journal of Marketing. Beyond marketing discipline, our faculty members also publish regularly in other premier business journals. Members have also served on the editorial boards of numerous leading journals.
