Job Description:Work closely with business users to deliver timely and quality customer insights and data solutions.Utilize customer data, including structured and unstructured data, to identify business opportunities to support business growth.Collaborate with the Data Management Team and IT to identify valuable data sources from all touchpoints and transform them into an analytical-friendly format to support analysis, enhance digital journeys, and optimize processes.Develop reports and dashboards using BI tools, translating data into actionable insights to support decision-making.Lead the development of analytical frameworks and AI/ML projects.Consistently review and refine customer segmentation and tags to improve targeting effectiveness.Work closely with the Data Management team and IT to develop a data management strategy that ensures data quality and integrity in BIWH.Review and develop reporting and process automation to improve efficiency.Requirements:Degree holder in IT, IS, Statistics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analysis, data management, or data engineering using large-scale databases.Proficient in free-hand SQL and Python.Solid experience in data visualization using Power BI.Good knowledge of advanced analytics and ML techniques.Positive and innovative learning attitude, proficient in problem-solving and stakeholder management.Experience with various cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, and GCP is an advantage.Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
