Assist the Senior Contract Manager / Contract Manager in contract managementResponsible to manage pre and post contractsSet up and maintain clear cost plan for projectsAttend Client’s team meeting and advise on commercial mattersAdvise on opportunities for value engineering and cost savings when possibleProvide commercial reports to ClientReview and assess variation claimsEnsure that deliverables are up to standards and records of projects are correctly stored/savedQualifications
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent1~10 years of relevant experienceCandidate with more experience could be considered as Project Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity SurveyorProfessional qualification (HKIS, RICS, RPS or equivalent) is an advantageExcellent communication skillsProficient in English language both written and verbalProficient in MS Office applicationsAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
