Quantity Surveyor

- with details as follows:The Job:

Report to Commercial Manager.Prepare accurate pre-contract cost estimates.Review contract requirements, evaluate tender returns and prepare comprehensive subcontract tender reports.Handle contract drafting, negotiation, risk management, and value engineering.Degree/Higher Diploma in QS or equivalent.Experience in curtain wall and aluminium works is preferable.2+ years relevant working experience.Proficient in English and Chinese.Proficient in PC applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).Terms & Benefits: 5.5 days work; banking holiday.To Apply:
