Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.ResponsibilitiesDevelop data driven business insights and analytics to support strategic decision-making and drive business growthEstablish and uphold optimal data management standards and practicesCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data driven outcomesEvaluate and streamline operational workflows using data driven approach and identify opportunities for process optimizationDevelop reports, dashboards, and visualisations to present business insightsKeep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business and data analysisRequirementsDegree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or Business AdministrationMinimum 8 years' solid experience in business analytics and quantitative analysis, particularly in banking operations and/or AML/CFTStrong data management and analytical skills with ability to collect, organize and interpret large datasets, and apply statistical and data modelling techniquesGood problem solving, communication and collaboration skillsProficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools such as VBA, SAS, Excel, Python and other statistical softwareGood understanding of technology tools especially in relation to analytics, data & statistical modellingApply NowWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognizes your achievements.We regret only shortlisted candidates will be notified
