Warehouse Operations Executive (Based in HK)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Operations Executive to support our logistics and operational functions in Hong Kong. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in supply chain, logistics, or operations, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Supply Chain Management: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.Operational Support: Assist in managing warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in workflow efficiency and implement solutions.Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and regulatory requirements.Customer Service Support: Address operational inquiries from clients and provide timely updates.Requirements1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and WMS systems is a plus.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).Seniority Level:
