JOB DESCRIPTIONS:Daily works include, but are not limited to:Arrange daily collection & delivery schedule;Accountable for order fulfillment process from order generation, pick/pack to distribution;Invoice and packing list preparation;Follow up the status of shipment and delivery order;Liaise with forwarders and suppliers;Implement the warehouse planning and strategy to assort the Company's future development;Keep inventory record;Formulating and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness;Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain smooth operation;Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS:Diploma or above in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines;Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in managing 3PL Logistics / warehouse fields;Excellent leadership with good problem-solving, communication, & interpersonal skills;Customer-focused, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure;Good command of English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus;Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and 'OpenSource' WHMS platform;Able to work under pressure and independently;Immediately available is highly preferable.
