DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAbout the role Office Manager Directly reports to Head of Finance As the Office Manager, you will: Perform routine HR tasks including monthly payroll, annual salaries tax filing etc. Handle recruitment and staff movement Arrange staff events to promote staff wellbeing Assist in HR projects Maintain marketing-related records Assist in preparation of regular business reports to management Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEAbout you The ideal Office Manager: F.5 / DSE or above Minimum 5 years of working experience in a commercial environment Responsible, stable, proactive, accurate and organized Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese Good PC skills & familiar with MS Excel Knowledge of SAP is a plus WHO ARE EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS?Why work for us We are people focused and strongly believe that talent empowers us to continue our dynasty of disruption and growth in the future.
