Laboratory Chemist

Follows defined standard operating procedures and datasheets with necessary supervision/support. Performs routine chemical tests (e.g., Food Contact Material Tests, Organic Chemical Test) as per the role of Assistant Chemist. Records and explains test results.Builds simple test setups and handles sample preparations/solutions.Operates and maintains test instruments (e.g., GC/MS, LC/MS, UV-Vis) appropriately to measure and test samples.Examines customer samples and learns to operate appropriate tests for each case with support.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Chemistry or related disciplines including Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Organic/Inorganic Chemistry, but not limited to these disciplines only.Candidate with experience in Food Contact Material Testing is preferred.Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with Senior Chemist and other Laboratory Personnel to complete testing in a timely manner with high quality.0-2 years of working experience in a testing laboratory; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Effective communication skills; good command of English and Chinese.Desire to work in a team-oriented environment.Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite is a must.Candidate with more experience will be considered for the Senior Chemist position.About Us
