Laboratory for Synthetic Chemistry and Chemical Biology Limited Hong Kong SAROn-site Full Time 3 year or below Entry level Skills: Applications are invited for appointment as Research Assistant (Ref.: RA-2025-01) in the Laboratory for Synthetic Chemistry and Chemical Biology Limited (the Laboratory) located at Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks (HKSTP), to commence as soon as possible, on a 1-year contract basis, with the possibility of renewal. Established as a research unit in HKSTP, the Laboratory integrates chemical science and biomedical science for the development of new molecular medicines, diagnostic tools and immunotherapeutic approaches for the treatment of human diseases with a focus on cancer. Applicants should possess a BSc/MSc degree in Chemistry or a related discipline. They should have experience in a final year project. Research experiences in analytical/organic chemistry and practical skills are desirable. Applicants should be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team. The appointee will conduct research projects on analytical/synthetic chemistry in a multidisciplinary team of chemists and biologists. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
