Director, Digital Product, Solutions & Performance We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Digital Product, Solutions & Performance to lead our team of digital experts. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing best-in-class digital solutions and implementing SAP and non-SAP systems across all business units. This role involves working closely with Business owners to identify opportunities and support a robust digital strategy to drive business success. This position reports to General Manager, IT operations – Centre. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage digital investment framework for projects, including vendor management, budget control, and resource allocation Oversee digital IT system implementation programs/projects in Greater China, ensuring systems are well-architected to support business operations Lead the team managing major system implementations and rollouts, including ERP/SAP implementations and upgrades Collaborate with business owners and function heads to define and implement digital IT transformation strategies Ensure stable and reliable IT services based on agreed SLA, supporting over 100+ system applications and 20,000+ application users in Greater China The Successful Applicant: University graduate in computer science or relevant studies Minimum 15 years of IT experience, with strong knowledge in SAP full cycle Enterprise Resources Management System implementations Prior project management and team management experience Strong leadership skills and ability to manage conflicts Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese Innovative and able to drive value and delivery through new operating models Strong financial acumen and knowledge of the beverages business Agile delivery and transformation experience Willing to travel and work overtime as needed Work location: Quarry Bay, Hong Kong (Swire Coca-Cola Corporate Office)What's on Offer The opportunity to join our growing Swire Coca-Cola family….37,000 and countingPermanent, full-time job opportunity Open and dynamic working environment Medical insurance The drinks are on usDiversity, Equality, Inclusion & Belonging Swire Coca-Cola is committed to fostering an environment that values Diversity, Equality, Inclusion, and Belonging.
