You will be part of our Global International Supply Chain team, enabling our customers to optimize their supply chains through our order management and sea transportation management solutions.Your Role

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ON A DAILY BASIS?Your primary objective is to ensure retention and growth of existing ISC customers. You will optimize Origin International Supply Chain (ISC) service delivery and profitability through risk and cost minimization by providing governance to hemisphere and national organizations, as well as origin control tower operational key account managers, ensuring consistency of ISC service delivery across the network.Your Responsibilities

Build, empower, and inspire a high-performing team of Origin Control Tower team leaders and OKAMs.Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with the client and our internal network in hemisphere and national organizational levels.Set clear ISC origin service delivery and operational governance, including production unit cost targets, and develop and drive action plans to ensure ISC service delivery.Monitor financial performance of existing accounts and systematically optimize net profit by collaborating with hemisphere and national organizations.Continuously measure, drive, and improve performance of ISC origin service delivery against service level agreements (SLAs).Ensure delivery against agreed Supply Chain Engineering initiatives.Establish, implement, govern, and enhance the standards, processes, and policies that drive standardization and scalability of our solutions at origin.Co-create the global strategic business plan and support the implementation of key initiatives to improve ISC service quality, data integrity, and profitability.Maintain, develop, and optimize the structure in CEBU to support the delivery of ISC service.Your Skills and Experiences

Strong leadership skills and knowledge of the ISC product, along with operational experience and relationships, will be key to your success.Your knowledge across our operations, products, and services, along with key attributes we are looking for, will contribute to your success in this role.Good Reasons to Join
