Our client is a top financial services company. The Head of IT is seeking an experienced and technical
Project Manager
to lead their
Human Capital Technology Project (WORKDAY).
This person will act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the Human Capital domain from the Technology side.Responsibilities:Lead and manage complex projects in Human Capital technology, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations, using tools such as PowerBI, to present and communicate project outcomes and benefits.Continuously monitor and evaluate solution performance and user feedback to identify and implement improvement opportunities.Define and scope project objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities.Plan and execute project activities, managing budget, resources, and risks.Conduct stakeholder analysis, workshops, interviews, surveys, and other methods to elicit and validate business requirements.Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.Review and approve technical design and development of the solution, ensuring compliance with business requirements and quality standards.Coordinate and oversee testing activities, ensuring quality and functionality of the solution.Monitor and report project status, progress, issues, and risks to the project sponsor and steering committee.Manage change management and deployment of the solution, ensuring smooth transition and adoption by end users.Conduct post-implementation review and lessons learned, capturing feedback and recommendations for future improvement.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, computer science, or related field.At least 6-10 years of experience in business analysis and project management, preferably in the Human Capital domain.Strong knowledge of Human Capital products (preferably Workday), processes, and regulations.Experience in project management methodologies, such as agile, waterfall, or hybrid.Skilled in using project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello.Expert in data analysis and reporting, using tools such as SQL, Excel, or Python.Experienced in dashboard and visualization development, using tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA) and/or project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum) is preferred.Seniority level
