Build and maintain a strong and positive relationship with departmental leaders and HR practitioners to provide strategic advice regarding organizational and people-related strategiesReview manpower planning with department and section heads and ascertain its justification to align with business needs before executionHandle the end-to-end talent acquisition process; manage the employee journey from onboarding through performance management, talent development, and retention managementManage and execute human resources-related projects and initiativesKeep abreast of recent developments in HR practices and statutory requirements, and make recommendations for continuous improvementPrepare proposals and reports for management reviewReview and implement the standardization of HR policies and proceduresPerform other ad hoc duties as requiredRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline6 years of people management experience in a sizeable organization, with 2 years at the supervisory levelExcellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to create strong relationships with line managersStrong business acumen; confident, self-motivated, and detail-orientedExcellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skillsHigh integrity and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and employee dataGood command of spoken and written English, good Chinese report writing skills, and fluency in Putonghua are requiredProficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word ProcessingAdvertised:
