A diploma or higher in Computer Science or a related field, MCSE preferred.Minimum of 2 years' experience in supporting MacOS, MS Windows, Office applications, and desktop hardware; retail experience a plus.Knowledgeable in system and network management, with specifics on:Microsoft Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange,TCP/IP network/wifi setup,Microsoft operating systems, e.g., Win10, WinXP, Windows Server Family.Experience with Checkpoint Firewall is beneficial.Self-driven, hardworking, with strong interpersonal skills.Organized, capable of working independently under stress.Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.Available for travel within Asia on short notice and willing to work overtime or on-call during emergencies.Job Requirements
