Role Description The ideal candidate will be results-driven with a user-centric mindset. They will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, driving sales strategies, and building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to increase sales volumes and enhance market presence. Develop and implement robust sales strategies to attract and retain high-value clients, ensuring sustainable revenue growth. Perform detailed market analysis to spot emerging trends, sales opportunities, and potential strategic partners. Skillfully negotiate and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding the company's sales targets and profitability objectives. Establish and maintain strong, enduring customer relationships, managing key accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sales strategies are in sync with overall business objectives and that client requirements are met. Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to promote the company's offerings and generate new business leads. Provide regular sales reports to senior management, outlining sales performance, pipeline development, and market conditions. Mentor and support junior members of the business development team, enhancing their sales competencies and professional development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record with at least 3 years in Business Development, Sales, or Growth; experience within the retail or store business sector would be an asset. Strong understanding of market dynamics, business strategy, and client relationship management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong problem-solving skills. Comfortable with KPIs. High proficiency in sales management tools. Local language proficiency is a must.
