Hong Kong SAR/ Tokyo/ SeoulAbout the Company and Role:Our client is a leading global financial research institution seeking a motivated and talented Client Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service and support to our local and international clients, focusing on understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted partnerMonitor client accounts and portfolios, identifying opportunities and addressing any issues or concernsPrepare and deliver customized reports, presentations, and other client-facing materialsCoordinate with relationship managers, product specialists, and other internal teams to ensure seamless client serviceRespond promptly and accurately to client inquiries, requests, and transactionsAssist with onboarding new clients, including gathering required documentation and informationStay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to provide valuable insights to clientsContribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes and proceduresAdhere to all applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field0-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the financial services industryFluent in English and fluent in either Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Bahasa, Thai, or Vietnamese, with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think critically and provide tailored solutionsProficient in the use of financial software, data analysis tools, and client relationship management systemsDemonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building long-term relationshipsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and detail-oriented approachEagerness to continuously learn and develop professional skillsHunter personality for business development purposes.Salary Range:
