Assist the Wine Director and wine team in monitoring all wine and beverage related matters.Serve wine orders in a professional manner following the hotel standard procedures.Responsible for the recommendation and sales of wines and other beverages to guests.Carry out monthly stock control, inventory. Update continuously all stock forms.Assist in the floor operations of the outlet.Requirements

Minimum 4 years' relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel as sommelier, with at least 2 years in similar capacity.Good in English; Putonghua and Cantonese is an advantage.Excellent food and beverage knowledge.High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Holder of WSET Certificate is preferred. Strong knowledge in beverage.
