As the AI Strategy and Product Development at JiHu GitLab, you will lead the company's strategic direction and product innovation in AI-powered software development. You will be responsible for developing and executing product strategy, driving AI-based product development, and ensuring JiHu GitLab's leadership in the DevOps space. A deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in software development, along with exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills are essential to lead the team in building a world-class AI-powered DevOps platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Conduct in-depth research on AI technology trends and market demands to formulate JiHu GitLab's long-term strategic plan for AI-powered software development, translating it into an executable product roadmap.
Lead Product Development: Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI-related products from concept to launch, including requirements analysis, product design, development, testing, and deployment.
Drive Product Innovation: Explore and apply cutting-edge AI technologies, such as code generation, code review, test automation, and security vulnerability detection, to enhance JiHu GitLab's products, improve user experience, and increase efficiency.
Team Management: Build and manage a high-performing product team, cultivate and motivate team members, and foster a positive team environment.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between product strategy and overall company strategy, effectively driving product implementation.
Market Analysis: Continuously monitor competitor activities and market trends, adjust product strategies accordingly, and maintain JiHu GitLab's competitive advantage in the market.
Ecosystem Building: Establish strong partnerships to build a thriving ecosystem for AI-powered software development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
10+ years of experience in software development, 5+ years of product management experience, with experience in AI-related products preferred.
Deep understanding of AI technologies, such as machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing, and their application in software development.
Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices, and a deep understanding of GitLab products.
Excellent leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Strong strategic thinking and innovative spirit, with the ability to grasp industry trends and translate them into product innovation.
Familiarity with cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker, and experience contributing to open-source communities.
Proven track record of successfully launching AI products.
