We are working with a leading organization in supporting the AI/ML Platform (TB PB Scale) for their Digitalisation Team. The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for development and operation of cutting-edge AI/ML platforms, ensuring their security, performance, and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Participate in the development of AI/ML platforms, including monitoring, logging, and deploying a range of applications—proprietary, open-source, or in-house. Develop and integrate services with internal and external APIs. Assess and implement new technologies to enhance our infrastructure's performance, scalability, and maintainability. Provide insights into the structure, status, and performance of the AI/ML platform. Collaborate with architects, platform engineers, and product owners to deliver software within a continuous delivery framework. Partner with data scientists and business stakeholders to support the development and deployment of analytics and machine learning models. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in developing AI/ML platforms. Solid foundation in software engineering and system design. Preferred experience with Data Ops/MLOps in large-scale enterprise settings. Advantageous familiarity with deploying extensive data infrastructures (scaling to hundreds of terabytes). Beneficial experience with public cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Ali Cloud. Familiarity with technologies including: AI/ML Platforms: Jupyter, MLflow, Ray CICD Tools: Jenkins, JIRA, Sonar, Git, Ansible Test Frameworks: j Meter, j Unit, Py Test Experience in international team environments, with a good grasp of the financial services industry, is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a strong inclination towards data-driven analysis. Strong capabilities in team management and problem-solving; self-driven, innovative, and with a proven track record in leading company-wide initiatives.
