Job Responsibilities: Monitor the execution of the work requisitions in repairs and maintenance of building services, kitchen and catering equipment, chiller plant room, sea water cooling and other HVAC systems issued by various departments of the Centre. Plan the preventive maintenance schedules and assure implementation of an effective and regular preventive maintenance programme in order to keep the Centre's property in good condition. Manage maintenance contract, tender and quotation invitation to facilitate the maintenance work. Work closely with Purchasing Department for negotiation with service providers. Monitor and implement energy saving programs to ensure efficient and effective use of energy in the Centre. Monitor and implement green initiatives/target set up by parent company/senior management. Monitor and maintain the building services systems and equipment or other system assigned by his or her direct supervisor. Take responsibility for projects, various licensing, certification application and renewal issues in relation to building services and safety of the Centre. Ensure all works done are in compliance with relevant regulatory and safety rules and make sure all employees are working in a safe environment. Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor or above. Requirements: Degree holder or above in building services, engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or other related fields. Holder of registered electrical worker grade “B”. Minimum 5 years’ experience in building services engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or other related fields. Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese. Good communication and people management skills. Multi-tasking, detail-minded and responsive. Good computer skills in Microsoft Office and Auto CAD.
