Regional IT Help Desk Support, Global Private Bank

Regional headcount to provide 1st/2nd level IT Helpdesk & Mobile support to the North Asia Branches with over 480 users from front to back officesTroubleshoot/Facilitate IT support for market data, digitalization, fintech and E-banking solutions/applicationsSupport IT procurement, billing and any regional projects by working in collaboration with Infrastructure and external vendors across the regionReport to the Regional Head of IT Service SupportProvide quality 1st & 2nd Service Desk Service to end users for all aspects of IT-related incidents and issuesEnsure timely escalation of critical issues to responsible regional/local stakeholders in accordance to SLAIn-house Avaloq Technical Support/Business AnalystFriendly Int’l Culture & Worklife BalanceProvide end to end technical & business support users from front to back officeAccountable for troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis to timely incident managementProvide data engineering support to strategic business decisions with regards to supply chain optimizationDesign and implement data pipeline and maintain appropriate database / data tables in the data lake needed for analytics and machine learning models for solving different business cases in supply chain contextSupport various data science projects by interacting with the stakeholders, gather business requirements, building ML/Optimization models and visualization dashboardsReport to Regional Head of ITEnsure timely and quality helpdesk and IT Service deliverables to 500 users by supervising a team of 6-7 membersOversight and monitor the performance of IT vendors
