THE COMPANY : Sensor manufacturer R&D, production and sales of sensors for various applications Applications : automotives, home electrical appliances, industrial control, office automation, intelligent security...etc Hong Kong : sales office Main market : US & EUTarget market : SE Asia, Middle East & other emerging markets Factories : Dongguan & Vietnam We are looking for SALES MANAGER - with details as follows : THE JOB : Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the sensor or electronics industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in emerging markets like ASEAN, the Middle East, etc., is highly preferred. Strong business acumen and industry expertise. Knowledge of sensor applications in automotives, home electrical appliances, industrial control, office automation, and intelligent security. Understanding of market dynamics in ASEAN, the Middle East, and other emerging markets. An engineering background or studies is a significant plus. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base, primarily focusing on emerging markets. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and industry trends, especially in ASEAN and the Middle East. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest sensor technologies and applications to effectively communicate product benefits to customers. Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D, production, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with company goals. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Travel: Frequently travel for client visits, mainly to China and Southeast Asia, to maintain and develop business relationships. Mission: This role is critical for driving the company's growth and ensuring its strong presence in the sensor market, particularly in emerging regions.
