Our client, a Leading Financial Institution, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position.Job DutiesLead Finance Departments for day-to-day operations of all the financial and accounting related issues, covering Financial Reporting, Finance Analysis, Investment Accounting, and Liquidity Risk Projects for the Group’s business coverage in Hong Kong.Focus on Financial Management with solid experience in managing the Finance Department.Fully responsible for Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, and Budgetary Reporting for the Group’s Business.Communicate with various Financial Authorities.Regularly review internal controls and streamline the workflow of the Finance Division.Job RequirementsUniversity degree holder in Finance / Accounting.Qualified Accountant is a MUST.10 years’ experience in Financial Control, Financial and Regulatory Reporting within Bank / Insurance / Asset Management / Trustee / Pension Sectors.Familiar with Finance Regulations and able to communicate effectively with various Financial Authorities.Strong team leadership experience with a proven record in managing the Finance Department is a MUST.Experience in controlling daily operations of the Finance Division.Good exposure in financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting, statutory & financial reporting including SFC returns and surveys, budgetary reporting, management reporting, regulatory reporting, and performance evaluation in financial institutions.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage confrontational issues.Able to exercise judgment, work under pressure, and liaise effectively with various business units and groups.Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, including Cantonese and Putonghua.
