Join our Compliance Regulatory Assurance team, who are responsible for conducting risk-based reviews to ensure that controls are effectively designed and operating efficiently to mitigate regulatory risks and provide senior management with assurance regarding the robustness of our regulatory controls. In collaboration with other regional Regulatory Assurance teams, the scope of our reviews may include any of Macquarie's business groups, entities, or geographic locations in Asia. What role will you play?You will be involved in comprehensive assurance reviews, covering all phases from planning and scoping to execution, documentation, and reporting. You will play a crucial role in identifying and analysing issues and their root causes. Additionally, you will effectively communicate the review outcomes to various stakeholders, including compliance and business teams. What you offer An analytical and investigative mindset with the ability to identify and propose viable solutions Excellent verbal and written communications skills, essential for developing relationships across various stakeholder groups Ability to adhere to strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality of work A great team player who can collaborate effectively with others, while also being able to work independently3 years of compliance assurance or audit experience from an audit firm, financial services organisation or a financial regulator will be an advantage.
