Join our Compliance Regulatory Assurance team, who are responsible for conducting risk-based reviews to ensure that controls are effectively designed and operating efficiently to mitigate regulatory risks and provide senior management with assurance regarding the robustness of our regulatory controls. You will be involved in comprehensive assurance reviews, covering all phases from planning and scoping to execution, documentation, and reporting. You will play a crucial role in identifying and analysing issues and their root causes. Additionally, you will effectively communicate the review outcomes to various stakeholders, including compliance and business teams.What you offer

An analytical and investigative mindset with the ability to identify and propose viable solutionsExcellent verbal and written communications skills, essential for developing relationships across various stakeholder groupsAbility to adhere to strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality of workA great team player who can collaborate effectively with others, while also being able to work independently3 years of compliance assurance or audit experience from an audit firm, financial services organisation or a financial regulator will be an advantage.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us. In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks.
