No.: 3/18/TPJE-MTI9/HKTDC]The Hong Kong Trade Development Council ("HKTDC"), the statutory organization promoting Hong Kong's external trade, seeks a dynamic and high caliber candidate to join our Merchandise Trade and Innovation Department.Duration: Immediate - 31 December 2024Responsibilities:

To assist Project Managers in the overall planning and execution of local and overseas trade promotional events.To provide clerical and logistics support for organizing trade promotional projects.To assist in consolidating and updating project data and delegate information.To liaise and maintain close contact with delegates and potential exhibitors.To handle enquiries from events and undertake on-site duties.To perform administrative duties such as handling reports, filing system, and meeting schedules.To carry out ad-hoc duties.Requirements:

University graduate with prior experience in Event Management/Marketing/Project Management is preferred.Interest in data analysis and direct communication with customers is preferred.Proactive, self-initiated, and very attentive to details.Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua.Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word-Processing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.Application Procedure:
