Position Overview:The LKS Faculty of Medicine is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Executive Officer for Partnership (Global including Mainland China) and Engagement. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in advancing the faculty's international collaboration efforts and promoting engagement initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to enhance global partnership opportunities, with a specific focus on Mainland China;

Foster and maintain strong relationships with international partners and institutions, stakeholders, and key individuals within the Faculty;

Coordinate and support the planning and execution of collaborative projects, events, and initiatives;

Act as a liaison between the faculty and external organizations, ensuring effective communication and collaboration;

Conduct research and analyses on global health trends, policies, and developments, providing valuable insights to inform decision-making processes;

Manage administrative tasks, including budgeting, reporting, and documentation related to global partnership activities;

Support the development and implementation of engagement strategies to enhance the Faculty's visibility and reputation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management or other related fields, with at least 5 years’ experience in international partnership development and engagement, preferably in the academic or higher education sector;

Strong understanding of global health trends, policies, and practices, particularly in Mainland China;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders;

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;

Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving abilities;

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
