Manage the scope, time and resources to deliver system projects with quality.Organize, plan and track the project activities, meetings, resources, and budgets.Supervise and manage IT project resources (personnel, hardware, etc.).Manage the project's relationships with Project Sponsor, User Project Manager, User Representatives, consulting representatives, and third-party vendors.Ensure that project standards are followed over the work to be performed.Resolve project issues (technical issues) and control project scope.Manage project risk, including planning for risk management and mitigation (track and monitor project risks, make recommendations to alleviate the project risks).Control and monitor project progress and timely report status to management.Recommend and review selection of hardware and system software.Review Requirement Specifications for completeness and correctness.Ensure that Functional Specifications are compiled.Execute and follow Application Classification and Risk Assessment Process.Execute and complete the self-assessments of Technology Security, Application Vulnerability, Architecture Vulnerability, where applicable.Follow Secure Design Review and Secure Code Review, where applicable.Ensure SIT is conducted and approve the SIT Test Plan and Test Log and Report.Follow UAT by reviewing UAT Plan, UAT Test Log and Report.Provide review inputs on the technical details of the Rollout and Training plans.Approve the Computer Operations Manual with inputs from technical teams.Ensure that the Post Implementation Review is carried out for the project.Manage Project Budget in line with the Project Financials Governance.Assist User PM in seeking dispensation of unresolved risks from TRMC/ORM.Undertake PMO responsibilities.Requirements

Tertiary education in computer science or related subject.6 years or more in IT relevant and system development projects.IT or management knowledge and skills in banking applications and technology initiatives.Certificate(s) in PMP and Quality Management.Project experience in multiple regional parties collaboration.Solid IT project management experience in banking.Fluent in English; Mandarin and Cantonese are preferred.Seniority Level
