Program Manager / Senior Project Manager required to join leading bank and handle large scale transformation programme. Projects will cut across retail, commercial and institutional banking. Excellent communication skills required and a background in business transformation projects with the ability to handle multiple workstreams.Responsibilities:Manage programmes/ projects, mostly bank-wide, cross-line projects that cover a variety of topicsPartner with stakeholders in lines of businesses and functions to formulate and translate the Bank's strategy into initiatives and requirements for implementationLead a team to provide professional consultancy, change management, programme/ project management services to multiple lines of businesses and functions throughout the end-to-end of the transformation cycle from design to implementationAssisting with managing the pipeline of work and facilitating prioritisation in line with current supply/demandManaging and resolution of key program risks and issuesProactively manage changes to scope of deliveries, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plansSkills Required:Strong communication skills in English and CantoneseExcellent Project Management skills with proven track record working across full life cycle on large scale projectsOutstanding interpersonal skills.
