Business Analyst – Financial Institution (HK$25 K - $38 K) (Ref. No.: 26550)Our client, a financial institution, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position. Job Duties Implement the existing digitalization project Liaise with various parties for regulatory document stocktake and data collection Identify and report issues about documents or data Assist in document reviews and verifying completeness and accuracy of metadata Analyse user/functional requirements and UAT cases Perform UAT preparation and execution and report UAT issues and progress Support the preparation of project progress reports and test reports Prepare and verify document data for system testing and production launch Ensure regulatory documents are properly maintained in a centralised repository Assist in the operation of document management system and the related portals Support the implementation of projects with ad hoc task assignment Job Requirements University degree, preferably in finance, banking, computer science, information systems or related disciplines At least 2 years of relevant work experience in regulatory compliance, regulatory document review, internal audit, digital project, or related fields for regulators, banks, brokers or financial institutions Knowledge of regulation, compliance and internal audit is an advantage Basic understanding of document management processes or systems is an advantage Hands-on experience in website content management and UAT execution is an advantage Good coordination and organisational skills Self-motivated and attentive to details Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, Adobe PDF and Chinese word processing#J-18808-Ljbffr
