So, find the job that revolves around your life.The Trainee role is a full time 24-month contract with Societe Generale where you will have access to a diverse range of training materials to help you succeed, covering various aspects of businesses, including but not limited to technical skills, leadership development, communication skills, client service and relationship management. To be eligible, please ensure you have completed your qualification and will be available to work full time for the duration of Trainee contract.ResponsibilitiesContent Creation:- Assist in preparing briefing notes, speeches, presentations and social media content for senior leaders' internal and external engagements.- Maintain the communication calendar and ensure timely delivery of planned initiatives.Internal Communications:- Draft and edit internal communications such as event invitations, newsletters, intranet posts, etc.- Monitor feedback and questions from employees to enhance future communications strategies.Event Coordination:- Support the organisation of internal events, including town halls, leadership seminars, visitor forums, etc.- Work with the APAC Event team to ensure seamless execution of events and assist in creating post-event reports, capturing key takeaways and feedback.Research & Reporting:- Conduct research on industry conferences, market trends, competitors and target audiences; provide insights and contribute to strategy development.- Track and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives through analytics.Administrative Support:- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, file management, and preparing reports.Candidates with outstanding performance will be considered for early conversion to permanent roles.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Communications / Finance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Communications experience in the financial services sector and general knowledge of the financial services industry will be an advantage.Attributes:A proactive, detail-oriented, and creative mindset.A team player with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders at all levels.Trustworthy, with sensitivity to confidential matters, and transparent.Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.Dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.BEHAVIORAL SKILLS:Client - Client focus: I put long term relationship with our clients at the center of my actions, whatever my position.Team Spirit - Synergies: I make cooperation with colleagues in and outside my team a priority.Team Spirit - Open mindset: I listen and share my views and my expertise in an open mode.Innovation - Thinking out of the box/Creativity: I propose new ideas and solutions.Responsibility - Performance: I strive for high performance.Commitment - Sustainability: I strive to develop my skills and knowledge.Why join usAs soon as you arrive, you will be integrated into our teams and will learn every day alongside our experts, who will support you in your tasks.
