You will also participate in identifying, analyzing, and understanding the potential financial impact of various business issues, opportunities, and decisions.You may supervise a team of analysts. Supervisory responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, hiring, training, motivating, and developing, as well as directing the workflow, providing operational support, and conducting performance reviews.As a Supervisor Finance, you willBuild a bottoms-up annual budget with input from internal clientsHelp the finance management team during the annual budget reviewsSupport the finance management team during the monthly forecasts for internal clients during the prepProvide monthly analysis of actuals vs. forecast for internal clients (Budgets and forecasts)Manage monthly/ongoing billing and reporting to external clientsAssist with team goals annually and monitor quarterly to ensure achievementAbout youBachelor's degree in accounting/finance, or equivalent experiencePrevious experience in accounting/financeProficient with ERP, word processing, and spreadsheetsAccounting under IFRS (International Accounting Standards)Proficiency in PeopleSoft, ADS / Global MAX, and Microsoft Word, ExcelCertified Public Accounting certification is preferred, but not requiredAbout usWe're a market leader in travel management: We help people and companies travel smart and achieve more, and our clients include some of the world's best-known and most innovative business and consumer brands.
