Manage the daily operations of a portfolio of cleaning services contracts.Act as a business partner to develop and maintain relationships with clients.Work closely with internal departments to drive the company in achieving business goals.Motivate and lead the operations team for development and management of operational workflows for maximizing operational efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements:

Diploma holder or above.Minimum 6 years' supervisory experience in servicing industry preferably in property, hospitality or healthcare management.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, customer-oriented, proactive, and independent.Good team player with a strong sense of commitment.Candidates with less experience will be considered as Deputy Chief Operations Manager.We treasure human resources as our most valuable asset.
