Oversee the full software development lifecycle —from planning and development to deployment and optimization. Manage and execute application development projects, ensuring high-quality standards and timely delivery. Actively contribute to coding, debugging, and system architecture design, leveraging full-stack development expertise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, product management, and business leaders, to align technical solutions with strategic business objectives. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability, implementing best practices for system reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring a seamless digital experience for internal and external users. Stay ahead of emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation and efficiency in IT solutions. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring successful partnerships and high-quality project execution. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.8+ years of experience in project management and software development, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in full-stack development, including both frontend and backend technologies. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Dev Ops practices. Experience in database management, API development, and system integrations. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. Certification in Project Management or Agile methodologies (Scrum, PMP) is a plus.
