WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGContent Development:Create high-quality, engaging blog posts, articles, and other written content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.Conduct thorough research on industry trends, topics, and audience needs to inform content strategy.Develop an editorial calendar to plan and schedule content publication.Social Media Management:Manage and curate content for social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies.SEO and Analytics:Optimize blog posts and social media content for search engines using SEO best practices to increase organic traffic.Analyze content performance using analytics tools and provide insights to improve effectiveness.Work closely with designers to create visually appealing content and assist with the development of marketing materials.Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Sales, Product Development) to gather information and ensure consistent messaging.Video Production:Oversee the creation of video content, including promotional videos, tutorials, and interviews, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and tone.Develop content for video interviews, such as setting questions, coordinating with participants, and editing the final pieces.WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or related roles, preferably in a B2B environment.Proven experience writing and editing high-quality blog content.Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.Familiarity with SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Seniority level
