eCommerce Specialist

- with details as follows:Job Summary:

Report to eCommerce Manager, the eCommerce Executive will support and manage daily e-commerce operations, oversee social media and digital platforms, and explore new channels to achieve sales goals and expand product exposure.The Job:

Teamwork in eCommerce Department.Support and manage daily e-commerce operations and order fulfillment processes.Oversee various social media and digital platforms, including content creation, execution, data analysis, and growth strategies.Explore new channels and platforms to achieve sales goals and expand product exposure.Assist in marketing campaigns, including material preparation, media planning, and website setup.Follow up on general operations, including product listing, pricing, inventory updates, and product profile enhancement.Handle online and walk-in customer service inquiries.Perform ad-hoc projects as required.Qualifications:

Degree holder; preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, MIS, or related disciplines.At least 1 year of e-commerce or digital marketing experience, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.Hands-on experience managing online shop platforms and digital communication channels.Experience with e-commerce platforms, social media management tools, SEO tools, analytics tools, and digital marketing techniques.Proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).Strong team player with a positive attitude.Working Conditions:
