We are seeking a full-time Operation Support Officer to join our growing Hong Kong-based operation team. This position offers great potential for learning and advancement. As the Operation Support Officer, you will ensure seamless daily operations through maintenance, equipment installation, and workflow optimization. You will thrive in a dynamic environment driven by efficiency and teamwork, managing inventory, assisting with customer service, and providing technical support. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide day-to-day operation support, including routine and corrective maintenance, equipment installation at garages, and ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency. Manage stock control and inventory management to ensure accurate tracking and replenishment of supplies. Assist in customer service and sales-related tasks, handle customer inquiries, and provide technical support as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive working environment. Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain composure under pressure. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management to support business operations. Required Skills / Experience: Minimum 3 years of frontline work experience; garage operations experience is a plus. Customer service and sales experience preferred. Strong hands-on, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure. Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in written English and Chinese; IT background is a plus. Valid Driver’s License (Class 1 & 2) is preferred. Self-motivated, hardworking, adaptable, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
