About the job:

As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, Banking Technology, you will acquire first-hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply business analysis and project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment. You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Our consultants are our greatest asset, and we show this by providing a comprehensive training and mentoring program to equip you to become a skilled consultant.

Responsibilities:

Business Analysis on the needs and issues of the client through interviews and workshopProcess and design technical and business requirementsParameterise software/systems, including business modulesDocument the project into systems and processes for management reviewClose interaction with clients through regular project updates and networkingMore experienced candidates will have these additional responsibilities:

Independently drive the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high quality deliverables and timely submissionManage a team of consultants by defining meaningful work packages, managing activities, and through mentorshipConduct interviews and workshops with clients to translate their requirements into well formulated solutionsParticipate in business development activities including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract negotiationAbout you:

Bachelor in Business, Computing, Engineering or Science5 years' experience of technical Business Analysis / experience as a technical Business Analyst within Banking or FintechExpert experience in Excel and data analysis including modelling and lookupsKnowledge of Client Reporting processes is a plusExperience of SQL / Java is a plusCapable of applying technology principles to businessExcellent spoken and written EnglishHighly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situationsGood presentation and communication skills with clients and colleaguesPossess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skillsWhy us:
