The program consists of multiple projects with tight dependency.Work with internal and external stakeholders to create complete project schedule and planning documents, including but not limited to: effort estimates, resource requirements, capital costs, and risk management plans.Establish project milestones and iterations based on risk and priority analysis.Work with other Project Managers, Product Managers, and Technical Leads to monitor progress and coordinate projects dependencies across local and remote groups, and external vendors.Collaborate with external contractors and 3rd party vendors and suppliers.Actively monitor project progress, track outstanding issues and risks, chair project meetings, follow up on action items, and provide timely project status updates to the engineering management team.Facilitate decision-making moments, even during difficult times, and summarize those decisions, with rationale and assumptions, when communicating them to a wider audience.Job RequirementsMinimum 5 – 10 years project management experience.Experience in leading large IT projects that span across multiple departments or divisions in financial institutions.Experience in SVF, core prepaid / credit card system and sub-systems.Strong business requirement analysis skills, with the ability to identify, review and prioritize business requirements across multiple user groups.Strong coordination skills and capacity to drive different stakeholders, with the ability to reach consensus with all stakeholders.Capability to identify project risk and mitigation actions to deliver projects on schedule.Solid understanding of software development life cycle.Solid understanding of infrastructure, network, database, and information security.
