Bachelor ’ s degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplineQualified Accountant of HKICPA or equivalentMinimum 7 years of experience with Big 4 background and commercial exposureExperienced in people managementGood command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including MandarinProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPointAble to meet tight deadlines, responsible, and self-motivatedWell-organized, detail oriented with good interpersonal and communication skillsThose from pure Big4 are welcomed to apply as FMJob Duties

Prepare quarterly and annual financial reporting/NAV by working closely with outsourced fund administrator and investees across the regionMonitor cash position by providing periodic update to investment teamReview / calculate capital calls, distributions and fee contribution for GP/LPExcellent in-house opportunity to support HK, Singapore, and Malaysia entities on all tax advisory and related entitiesHands-on calculation of income tax provision, deferred tax incoming and expenses, GST filing, answering enquiries from tax authorities, and work with external tax consultants on compliance mattersFlat structure in a virtual team, and report to Head of Regional TaxGlobal Industry Leader in Private BankingHKMA Regulatory: SACCR, Large Exposure & Basel 3Additional Job Duties
