consultancy services offered include feasibility studies, investigation, design, contract administration and site supervision of all areas of civil, highway, railway, geotechnical and building engineering. Other services include asset management and risk assessment, building surveying and structural maintenance, quality assurance, conservation and restoration, project management and forensic engineering.We are now seeking candidates to fill the following vacancies on the Resident Site Staff team for the above Contract for the construction of upgrading/improvement works to slopes and retaining walls and natural terrain mitigation works to natural hillside catchments in Kowloon and New Territories. The employment period shall not be less than 12 months. Applications are invited for the following positions:Here's what you'll needCertificate from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College / Polytechnic University / Polytechnic in Hong Kong or equivalent in Civil Engineering; orCompleted a recognised technician apprenticeship in an appropriate discipline; orCompleted a recognised craft apprenticeship with at least two years' experience as a skilled worker in an appropriate discipline; orAt least 5 years' experience as a skilled worker in an appropriate discipline; andAt least 3 years' relevant post qualification experience; orAt least 3 years' relevant experience as Works Supervisor II in public works project or those listed in Section 4.5.2 of the RSS Management Handbook.Conditions:

Appointments will be made with Jacobs China Limited in accordance with the prevailing Government's terms and conditions. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.Deadline for submission is 2 August 2024.
