JOB DESCRIPTIONDevelop an ambitious retail education strategy and roadmap in partnership with key stakeholders. Adopt top-down and bottom-up approaches to identify learning needs, prioritize strategic initiatives, and communicate priorities to global offices & retail stores. Build strong relationships with the global teams, develop learning solutions aligned to core and leadership capabilities, and measure their impact on people and business. Establish a robust learning ecosystem with best-in-class technologies, content, and user experience; drive adoption and scale-up of learning platforms. Define the target operating model for the digital learning ecosystem, implement learning analytics, and foster a continuous learning culture. Come up with a detailed retail education strategy to educate all global offices and retail teams at our global stores to ensure everyone is aligned. Train all retail store members on brand awareness, product knowledge, and strategies to achieve optimal customer satisfaction. REQUIREMENTSMinimum 7 years of experience in retail operations, learning & development, or training roles. Proven track record of developing and executing impactful retail training strategies and programs. Strong background in branding, brand storytelling, and brand advocacy. Experience in the luxury/fashion industry preferred. Fluency in English. Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Change management and project management expertise. Creative problem-solving and the ability to innovate.
